Opsimo is our Icon wine from super-ripe Syrah, Grenache and Limniona produced in approximately 2000 bottles from yields that do not exceed 15hl/ha. Impenetrable purple colour with luxurious oak and a core of blueberries, liquorice and ink. Full-throttle, dense wine with ripe yet firm tannins. It is produced only in exceptional vintages.
