VARIETIES:
LIMNIONA, SYRAH, GRENACHE.

VINIFICATION:
Classic red, it is matured in French and American oak barrels for a year and aged in bottles for two more years.

DESCRIPTION:
Purple colour with a ripe yet fresh nose of plums and blueberries, meat, chocolate and spice. Velvety on the palate with intense vanilla flavours, supple tannins and fine concentration.

SERVED:
After an hour of decanting at 16-18°C in high volume glasses.
