Classical red in open-end tank. Extraction of 20 days. Maturation in 50%new French and American oak for 18 months.
Luxurious oak on the nose yet there is a lot of elegance along roses and spicy scents. Opens up with time. Full bodied and on the same beat on the palate with plenty of freshness and structure. Needs a couple of years to integrate fully the oak. Excellent wine with solid potential to evolve and improve.
16-17 ° C in large volume glasses. Decanting is proposed.
